Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The membership is monthly, with no lock-in and no penalty: you decide how long you stay.
How does billing work?
Monthly recurring billing via Mercado Pago, automatic and secure. No manual invoices every month.
Do I need to come in person?
Sessions are in person, at the Savassi unit. The pre-analysis and follow-up happen remotely.
Do unused sessions roll over?
They roll over while your membership is active. If the membership lapses or you cancel, unused sessions are lost. And since each protocol is defined from your current labs, it always reflects your reality at the moment.
Who defines my protocol?
Always Dr. Klein (CRM-MG 69432), based on your labs and your evaluation. Never an algorithm alone.
